PRIVACY POLICY

Thank you for visiting Soccer School soccerschool.ashhatch.com (the “Site”), which is owned and operated by Ashley Hatch Soccer, LLC (“Ashley Hatch Soccer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We recognize and respect the importance of maintaining your privacy, and as a result, have established this Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”). Throughout this Privacy Policy, the terms “you” and “your” refer to any visitor to or user of the Site or related services. This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect on the Site, through our Soccer School membership platform, and through related digital services.

This Privacy Policy is intended to help you understand the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit or use the Site, and describes our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing such information.

By accessing or using the Site, you consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy and the collection and use of your information in accordance with it.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Our Site and services are intended for parents, guardians, and athletes at least thirteen (13) years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without parental consent. If you are under 13, you may not use the Site or provide any personal information. If we discover that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete that information. Parents who believe their child may have provided information should contact us at support@ashhatch.com

Athlete Profiles

Our Site and services offer the capability for youth athletes to create their own profile inside of the private community. This is intended to support the success and growth the athlete(s) can experience by participating in Soccer School. For athletes 13 and over, this profile information is standard. Parents can consent to an athlete under 13 creating their own profile. All personal information collected for the athlete profiles, for all ages, will not be shared publicly with anyone outside of Soccer School Administrators. Athletes must be ages 8-18, with parent consent, to have their own athlete profile.

Athlete profiles are different from the parent-account profile. Chat features are limited to only receiving messages from Soccer School Administrators. Space access is also limited to spaces that apply to athletes. Spaces that include youth athlete profiles will be moderated by the Soccer School Administrators. By agreeing to allow youth athletes to have their own profile, parents and guardians agree to the following parameters:

• Parents agree to know the login information for each athlete profile. This includes email, username, and password used by the athlete to login to the Soccer School platform.

• Parents agree to monitor chat capabilities of the athlete profiles. The private message capability will automatically be turned off when the athlete profile is created. This feature can be toggled on and off by the parent and/or athlete.

• Parents agree to help youth athletes understand the importance of staying safe while participating online via a platform like Soccer School. 

• Parents agree to show youth athletes how to flag or report comments, posts, messages, or anything related to content or resources that feel unsafe or violating to the youth athletes and their Soccer School profiles.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you use the Site or participate in Soccer School programs, we may collect:

• Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) such as your name, email address, mailing address, telephone number, payment information, and login details.

• Child participant information voluntarily provided by parents/guardians, such as a child’s name, age, skill level, or video submissions for training purposes.

• Device Information automatically collected when you visit the Site, including browser type, IP address, cookies, and pages viewed.

• Community Contributions, such as comments, uploads, or messages in Soccer School forums.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information we collect to:

1. Provide you access to Soccer School services, courses, and community features.

2. Respond to inquiries and provide customer support.

3. Process payments and manage memberships.

4. Improve and optimize the Site and services.

5. Communicate with you regarding updates, promotions, newsletters, or new offerings (with your consent).

6. Maintain the safety and integrity of the community, including moderating submissions.

We may also use aggregated, non-personal information to analyze usage trends and improve our offerings.

SHARING OF INFORMATION

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

• With service providers (e.g., payment processors, email service platforms) who help us operate our business.

• To comply with applicable laws, regulations, or legal requests.

THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS AND SERVICES

Soccer School’s online community is hosted on Circle.so (“Circle”). When you create an account, participate in discussions, or otherwise engage with our community, certain information is collected and processed directly by Circle. This may include your name, email address, profile information, posts, and interactions within the community.

In addition to Circle, Ashley Hatch Soccer, LLC may use other third-party platforms and services to operate Soccer School, including but not limited to:

• Payment processors (e.g., Stripe)

• Email and marketing services (e.g., Klaviyo, GoHighLevel)

• Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)

• Learning and content platforms (as applicable)

These third parties may collect, use, and share information according to their own privacy policies, which we do not control. We select providers that follow industry-standard security practices, but we are not responsible for their privacy practices.
